Environmentally Sound

This documentary explores the environment, spaces, and people that compose the NYU Bobst Library in New York City. The images should immerse the viewer and capture the environmental feel of solitude and distress that packs the narrow aisles between bookshelves and lonely desktops. Accompanying the photographs is the date, time, and location (subject name/ assignment if applicable) stamped in the lower right corner. In an effort to specifically document the people and locations, this information gives viewers details on the exterior factors and events that escape the frame. It is, all in all, a representation of this stressful and solitary environment that incites academic success.
